摘要
针对煤矿井下薄煤层综采工作面生产空间小、工人劳动强度大、人工控制条件下煤炭产出效率低等问题,提出在四台矿开发研制全自动无人电液综采设备方案,即电液控液压支架的液控系统采用差压式结构的控制阀,支架结构件采用Q550钢板以减轻支架自重,同时设计了人机界面,便于故障分析及检修,电液控换向阀与控制器集成一体。该方案通过地面试运转,支护效果良好,自动化系统得到了充分利用。
