摘要
针对黄白茨煤矿运输巷道带式输送机设备受到煤矿外部环境因素和生产技术要求的双重制约,导致它们不能充分发挥优势的实际情况。经分析研究对其021201工作面运输巷道带式输送机机头更换电动机、改变朝向、拆除机头部件、更换输送带等进行改造。实践结果表明,经对现有带式输送机进行改造后,既可以消除双重制约的限制,又取得良好的应用效果。
In view of the actual situation in Huangbaici coal mine transportation roadway belt conveyor equipment is restricted by the coal mine external environment factor and the production technical requirements, so they can not give full play to the advantages. Through the analysis and research to the 021201 working area transportation roadway belt conveyor head carry out the transformation such as motor replacement, change direction, removal of the head parts, replacement of conveyor belt, etc. The practical results show that after modification of the existing belt conveyor, it not only can eliminate the limitation of double restriction, but also obtains good application effect.
