摘要
针对综采工作面回采巷道设备列车配套的传统电缆伸缩装置移动出现的问题,研发了一种新型的移动式电缆伸缩承载车,即将电缆伸缩装置悬挂在承载车上,根据巷道高度不同可调节电缆伸缩装置的悬挂高度,承载车随综采工作面同步前进。详细阐述了该设备的工作原理与技术特点,并对电液控制系统进行了说明。该产品将提高电缆管理设备的自动化程度及工作效率,应用也会越来越广。
Taking aim at existing problems of traditional cable handling method for equipment train in the gateway of the fully mechanized coal mining area, a new self-moving cable carrier is developed. The cable tractor is hung at the cable carrier, its hanging height may be adjusted in line with the gateway' s height. The cable carrier moves along with the fully mechanized coal mining area synchronously. Detailed the working principle and technical features of the cable carrier, and its electronic hydraulic control system. This product will improve the efficiency and automation level of cable-handling in the gateway, and also will be popularized more and more.
