摘要
马脊梁煤矿所使用的MG400/930-WD型交流电牵引采煤机外牵引部由于润滑不良,经常出现故障,严重地制约正常生产。引进自动油脂润滑技术,对外牵引部所有轴承进行润滑,大大降低了事故率,同时降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
The external traction of MG400/930-WD shearer used in Majiliang mine comes to failure frequently due to bad lubrication which restrains the normal production severely. Thus the automation of grease lubrication is introduced to lubricate all bearings of the external traction. The technique obviously decreases the failure rate and the production cost and improves the economic benefits.
