摘要
目的对某机械五金有限公司存在的职业病危害因素及采取的防护措施进行识别、评价和分析,旨在有效控制该企业的职业病危害,保护劳动者健康。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价报告编制要求》等标准,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查法进行定性定量评价。结果该建设项目存在的职业病危害因素为正己烷、丙酮、二氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、甲苯、镍、锰及其金属化合物、三氧化铬、二氧化氮、臭氧、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲醛、噪声、粉尘等。化学毒物共检测24个点,除油雾无国标外,其余点均合格;噪声强度测定7个点,合格率为71.43%;粉尘检测5个点,合格率为80%。结论该项目属于较重职业病危害的项目,按提出的建议完成整改后,在确保职业病危害防护设施正常运行、个人防护措施和职业卫生管理制度落实到位的情况下,职业病危害控制效果基本合格。
[Objective] To identify, assess and analyze the occupational hazards and prevention measures in a machine hardware enterprise, effectively control the occupational hazards in this enterprise and protect health of workers. [Methods] According to the Construction project occupational hazards control effect evaluation report preparation requirements, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were performed by occupational health field investigation, occupational health detection and occupational health examination.[Results] The major occupational hazards in this project were hexane, acetone, dichloromethane, trichloroethylene, tetrachloroethylene, methylbenzene, nickel, manganese and its metal compounds, chromium trioxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, carbon monoxide, dioxide, formaldehyde, noise and dust. Among 24 detection points of chemical poisons, the qualified rate was 100% except that the oil mist which has no national standard. The qualified rate of noise intensity was 71.43% in 7 detection points, and qualified rate of dust concentration was 80% in 5 detection points. [Conclusion]The occupational hazards existed in this project are severe. But the control effect of the occupational hazards is basically qualified after completing the rectification based on the suggestions for reform, ensuring the normal operation of occupational hazards protection facilities, and implementing personal protective measures and occupational health management system.
