张家港市某大型电镀企业镀铬操作工健康状况调查

Investigation on health status among chromeplating workers in a large electroplating enterprise of Zhangjiagang City

目的了解镀铬操作工的健康状况,为职业病防治工作提供参考依据。方法对张家港市某大型电镀企业的4个电镀车间进行现场检测、镀铬操作工的问卷调查并对健康监护等资料进行分析。结果所有样品的现场检测结果均符合GBZ 2.1-2007的要求,仅第4车间有4个样品的检测值超出相应检测方法的最低检出浓度;镀铬操作工与对照组相比较,工人的鼻部不适感与鼻科检查结果的分布存在统计学差异(P<0.05);4个电镀车间的操作工的鼻部不适感与鼻科检查结果的分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该企业铬现场检测结果与镀铬操作工的自觉症状及健康检查结果不相符,有必要对铬现有的采样检测方法及国家职业接触限值进行进一步的探讨。

[Objective] To understand the health status of chromeplating workers, provide reference for occupational disease control and prevention. [Methods]The field detection was performed in 4 electroplating workshops in a large electroplating factory of Zhangjiagang City, and the data of questionnaire investigation and occupational health status among chromeplating workers were analyzed. [Results] The detection results of all samples met the requirement of GBZ 2.1-2007, while the detection results of 4 samples from the fourth workshop exceeded the minimum detectable concentration of corresponding detection method. There were statistically significant differences in nasal discomfort and distribution of rhinology test results between chromeplating workers and controls （P〈0.05）. The differences in nasal discomfort and distribution of rhinology test results among workers in four electroplating workshops were not statistically significant （P〉0.50）. [Conclusion] The field detection results of electroplating workshops in this enterprise do not conform to the subjective symptoms and health examination results of chromeplating workers, and it is necessary to further discuss the current sampling and detection methods, and national occupational exposure standards.
