摘要
目的评定原子荧光光度计测砷检出限测定结果的不确定度。方法根据JJF 1059.1-2012《测定不确定度评定和表示》的规定,分析各相对标准不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果检出限测量结果不确定度报告CL=0.057 ng,U=0.025 ng(k=2)。结论为如何评定原子荧光光度计检出限测量结果的不确定度提供了参考方法。
[Objective] To evaluate the uncertainty in determination results of arsenic detection limit by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer.[Methods]According to the Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF 1059.1-2012), the relative standard components was analyzed, and the synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. [Results] The report of detection limit uncertainty showed CL=0.057 ng and U=0.025 ng (k=2).[Conclusion] The study provides the reference method for evaluation of uncertainty of atomic fluorescence photometer detection limit measurement.
