Monitoring on coverage rate of routine immunizations in Guangshan County in 2014

目的了解河南省光山县国家免疫规划疫苗常规接种情况。方法对2014年光山县国家免疫规划疫苗常规报告接种率监测结果进行统计分析,利用R值进行评价。结果光山县2014年各乡镇基础免疫接种卡介苗、乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗、口服脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)、麻疹疫苗、百白破混合制剂(简称"五苗")的报告接种率均大于97%;加强免疫除白破二联、流脑A+C少数乡镇接种率较低外,其余均在95%以上;乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率大于90%,但是少数多剂次疫苗脱漏率较高,报告结果不可信。结论光山县国家免疫规划疫苗报告接种率虚高,部分儿童存在疫苗脱漏,数据报告不准确,需要采取相应措施加以改进。

[Objective] To understand the coverage rates of vaccines of national immunization in Guangshan County of Henan province.[nethods]The monitoring results of reported coverage rates of vaccines of national immunization program in Guangshan County in 2014 were statistically analyzed, and R value was adopted in analysis.[Results] In basic immunization, the reported coverage rates of BCG vaccine, hepatitis b vaccine, oral polio vaccine, measles vaccine, and DPT vaccine all were higher than 97% in every town of Guangshan County in 2014. The coverage rates of vaccines of booster immunization were higher than 95% except diphtheria-pertussis vaccine and meningitis A＋C vaccine. The timely vaccination rate of first dose of hepatitis b vaccine was higher than 90%. However, the dropout rates of some multi-dose vaccines were higher relatively, and the reported results were unbelievable. [Conclusion] The reported coverage rates of vaccines of national immunization program are falsely high in Guangshan County, and there is vaccination dropout in children with inaccurate reported results. It is necessary to take corresponding measures to improve the current situation.
