漏磁旋转检测方法中信号红外无线传输方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在用漏磁方法检测各种规则回旋铁磁性工件 ,如钢管、油管、抽油杆时 ,为了检测其纵向方向的裂纹、腐蚀等缺陷 ,一般采用探头旋转、工件直线前进的检测方式。文中综合比较了几种现有的无线数据传输方法 ,考虑到漏磁检测的现场实际情况 ,介绍了一种用于无损检测信号的无线传输方法 ,该方法针对漏磁旋转检测方法中信号传输困难的问题 ,通过压频转换 (V/F)及频压转换(F/V)变换 ,以红外线为媒介 ,实现信号的快速、准确的近距离不失真传输。实验证明 ,用该传输方法传输数据失真小 ,抗干扰能力强 ,稳定可靠 ,满足现场使用的要求。 When using the Magnetic Field Leakage to test the flaws of the regular gyral pole materials,such as steel tubes,oil tubes,suck rods and so on,we often use the means that probes rotate around the work pieces and work pieces go forward in straight line.It is pretty difficult for this method to transmit the signal acquired.After comparing several existing wireless transmission means and basing on the condition of Magnetic Field Leakage test,one wireless signal transmission method used in Non-Destructive Testing is introduced in this paper.As we know,the signal transmission in the rotational test is very difficult,using infrared as its transmission medium,this method can transmit signal quickly and exactly at short distance by voltage-frequency conversion (V/F) and frequency-voltage conversion.(F/V). Proved by many experiences,it can transmit the signal with low distortion reliably and can be used in practice.
