氧气湿化瓶采用不同方法清洗的效果观察

Observation on the effect of using different methods to clean oxygen moisture bottles

目的探讨采用中性清洗剂联合碱性清洗剂清洗氧气湿化瓶的效果。方法收集200个氧气湿化瓶，根据采用清洁剂的种类不同分为观察组和对照组，每组100个，对照组采用常规方法清洗并消毒，观察组采用中性清洗剂联合碱性清洗剂清洗并消毒，比较两组清洗质量目测结果，并于消毒后第1，7～12，13～30d分别抽取5个、35个、60个进行细菌培养，比较三次合格率以及两组总合格率。结果观察组总合格率为72．0％，高于对照组的57．0％；虽然消毒后第1，7—12天两组合格率均为100．0％，但13—30d观察组合格率为53．33％，明显高于对照组的28．33％，P〈0．05．结论与常规清洗相比，采用中性清洗剂联合碱性清洗剂清洗氧气湿化瓶可提高清洗质量与消毒效果，延长保存时间，减少医院获得性感染的发生，值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of neutral detergent combined with alkaline cleaner in cleaning the oxygen moisture bottles. Methods A total of 200 oxygen moisture bottles were collected and were divided into observa- tion group and control group depending on the type of the cleaner, with 100 oxygen moisture bottles in each group. The control group was adopted conventional methods to clean and disinfect, while the observation group adopted neutral de- tergent combined with alkaline cleaner to clean and disinfect. The visual results of the two groups＂ cleaning quality were compared. After disinfection for 1 day, 7 ～ 12 days, and 13 ～ 30 days, 5, 35, and 60 bacterium were selected for bacteria culture, then the qualified rate of three times and the total qualified rate of the two groups were com- pared. Results The total eligible rate of the observation group was 72.0% , which was higher than the control group＇s 57.0% ; although 1 day and 7 ～ 12 days＂ pass rate after disinfection of the two groups were both 100.0% , 13 ～30 days pass rate of the observation group was 53.33% , which was significantly higher than the 28.33% in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusions Compared with the conventional cleaning, neutral detergent combined with alkaline cleaner to clean oxygen moisture bottles improve the cleaning quality and disinfection effect, prolong the preservation time, reduce the incidence of hospital acquired infections, and be worthy of clinical applicationl
