创伤骨科患者对深静脉血栓形成认知的科普效果评价 被引量:15

The science popularization effects evaluation on the development of venous thrombosis among orthopedic trauma patients

摘要 目的了解创伤骨科患者下肢深静脉血栓相关知识认知情况及健康科普宣教需求,探讨系统的科普宣教对创伤骨科患者下肢深静脉血栓相关知识认知水平的影响。方法对2014年7~12月创伤骨科收治的120例患者住院第1天及出院日进行问卷调查。对120例患者进行系统的科普宣教并进行PDCA循环管理。结果创伤骨科患者对DVT发生的相关因素,DVT的症状、诊断及并发症,DVT的预防、治疗及护理的认知均优于宣教前;不同教育程度的患者对DVT相关知识的科普宣教需求没有显著性差异,32.5%的患者表示非常想接受健康宣教,53.3%的患者表示想接受健康宣教。结论创伤骨科患者下肢深静脉血栓的认知现状不容乐观,系统的健康科普宣教可以提高创伤骨科患者DVT的认知水平。 Objective To understand the cognition and the thrombosis among orthopedic trauma patients. To explore the influence requirements of science popularization of venous of systematic popular science education on ortho- pedics trauma patients cognition level about lower extremity deep vein thrombosis related knowledge . Methods From July 2014 to December 2014, 120 patients of orthopedic trauma were investigated by questionnaire when they were in hospital on the first day and the last day. All the patients accepted popular science education and were managed by PD- CA cycle. Results The orthopedics trauma patients" congition on the related factors of DVT, the symptoms of DVT, the diagnosis and complications of DVT, the prevention of DVT, the treatments and nursing of DVT after education were all better than before. Demanding for the knowledge of popular science education about lower extremity deep vein thrombo- sis was no differences between different education levels patients, 32. 5% of the patients wanted very much to accept health education. 53.3% of the patients wanted to accept health education. Conclusions The cognitive situation of low- er extremity deep vein thrombosis in orthopedics trauma patients is not optimism. The systematic health science education can improve the orthopedic trauma patients cognition level of DVT.
