膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎的综合治疗

Comprehensive treatment of acute traumatic synovitis of the knee joint

目的总结膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎的综合治疗体会。方法46例膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎患者采用制动、抗炎、关节腔穿刺及关节镜清理术综合治疗。结果46例患者均获得随访，时间3～19个月，平均（12．5±7．6）个月。所有患者经治疗后，膝关节肿胀、疼痛缓解明显，膝关节功能恢复。所有患者在就诊时及6周后做Lysholm膝关节评分，分别为25—58分，平均（36．5±16．5）分及84～100分，平均（92．5±7．8）分，差异有统计学意义。结论综合疗法治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎，疗效满意。制动、抗炎、关节腔穿刺及关节镜清理术都起到重要的作用。

Objective To discuss the comprehensive treatment of acute traumatic synovitis oflhe knee joint. Methods Atotal of 46 patients with acute traumatic synovitis of the knee joint were enrolled. The therapies included immobilization, anti-inflammation, knee joint puncture and arthroscopic debride- ment. Results All of the 46 patients were followed up. The follow-up period ranged from 3 to 19 months, with an average of （ 12.5 ± 7.6） months. After the treatment, the pain, swelling, and dysfunction of the knee joint were obviously relieved in all patients. After the treatment for six weeks, the mean Lysholm score wassignificantly improved from （36.5 ± 16.5 ） points to （92.5 ± 7.8 ） points. Conclusion The clinical effects of comprehensive therapy for acute traumatic synovitis are satisfactory. Immobilization, anti- inflammation,joint puncture and arthroscopic debridement all play their roles in the treatment.
