血液透析患者实施心理干预的效果评价

Effect evaluation of psychological intervention in patients with hemodialysis

目的探讨血液透析(HD)患者实施心理干预的方法和效果。方法采用随机数字表法将70例患者分为对照组、干预组,每组各35例。对照组给予一般护理,干预组在一般护理基础上加用心理干预措施,比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁情况及透析并发症的发生情况。结果干预组实施心理干预后,患者焦虑、抑郁情况得以有效改善,透析并发症发生率下降,与对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对HD患者实施心理干预,能够有效改善其焦虑、抑郁等心理问题,减少透析并发症的发生,提高患者透析治疗效果及生存质量。

Objective To investigate the methods and effect of psychological intervention in patients with hemodialysis（HD）. Methods With a random number table 70 patients were randomly divided into control group,the intervention group,35 cases in each group. The control group received general care,the intervention group received psychological intervention in general care,based on the two groups were compared the incidence of anxiety,depression situation and dialysis complications. Results Intervention group after the implementation of psychological intervention,to improve patients＇ anxiety,depression,dialysis complication rates decreased,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implement the psychological intervention in patients with HD,can effectively improve the anxiety,depression and other psychological problems,reduce dialysis complications,improve the effect of dialysis patients and quality of life.
