骨科护理人员锐器伤调查及防范措施

Injures by sharp instrument and preventive measure

目的了解骨科护理人员锐器伤的发生状况,为合理制定防范措施,保护护理人员职业安全提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查法,收集2013年3月—2015年2月我院骨科护理人员发生锐器伤的资料进行分析,探讨常见原因和环节。结果共收回调查问卷69份,有效问卷率为94.20%,2年间共发生127人次锐器伤,平均每人发生1.95次,以护龄3年~5年者发生率较高。锐器伤主要发生于配制液体、加药、处理医疗废弃物、回套针帽或安瓿、操作完毕整理物品、拔针、清洗器械等环节中。结论骨科护理人员发生锐器伤的概率较高,应加强职业安全教育,熟练操作规范,增强防范措施,健全锐器伤报告制度,完善处置流程,保证临床护理人员编制到位,配备必需物品,以减少锐器伤的发生。

Objective To investigate the orthopedic nurses,sharp Injures and preventive measures and provide scientific basis for occupational safety of nursing staff.Methods the orthopedic nurses who were injured by sharp instrument from March 2013 to February 2015 were investigated retrospectively through questionnaires.Results 69 questionnaires were collected and the response rate was 94.20%,127 cases were wound by sharp instrument in two years and averaged 1.95 times per person. The incidence was higher in nurses who working 3-5years. Sharp injuries occurred mainly in the liquid preparation,dosing,and disposal of medical wastes,back trocar cap or ampoule,after finishing items,pulling out the needles,cleaning equipment and other aspects.Conclusion Higher incidence of sharp instrument injury occurs in the orthopedic nursing staff,so we should strengthen occupational safety education and preventive measures;improve the injury report system and the disposal process. Ensure preparation of clinical nursing staff in place,equipped with necessary items;reduce the incidence of sharps injuries.
