腹腔镜下胆囊切除术围术期的护理方法及效果

目的探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术围术期的护理方法及效果。方法对2014年1月—2015年5月我院60例行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察护理效果。结果 3例在手术过程中出现出血现象,出血量400~900 m L,分别给予中转开腹。另外1例患者在手术后发生胆瘘症状,手术结束后2周将负压引流球拔除后患者痊愈。结论加强腹腔胆囊切除手术后患者的围术期护理,能够促进恢复,减少并发症发生,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the laparoscopic cholecystectomy perioperative nursing method and effect.Methods Between January 2014 and May 2015 in our hospital clinical data of 60 patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed,the nursing effect. Results All cases appear in the process of the 3 cases in surgical bleeding,blood loss after 400 ml and 900 ml transfer laparotomy respectively. Also produce the symptom biliary fistula in 1 patient after surgery,two weeks after the operation,pull out the negative pressure drainage the ball after the patients recovered.Conclusion Strengthen the abdomen gallbladder excision surgery in patients with perioperative nursing,can promote patients recovery,reduce complications and improve patient quality of life.
