摘要 提出一种表面特征信息的复合评定方法,识别和分析不同尺度下的表面特征信息分量,理解工程表面宏观功能特性。许多工程表面具有统计自相似和自组织等分形特性,针对这种分形工程表面,提出一种基于小波的表面特征模型。利用小波的变焦特性,观察和分析不同尺度下的工程表面形貌。采用分形维方法,确定特征信息的小波分量尺度,从原始表面形貌中提取粗糙度、形状误差和波纹度等特征信息。 Many types of engineering surfaces are observed to exhibit fractal characteristics. This means the surfaces possess the properties of statistical self-similarity and self-affinity. To realize comprehensive and multi-scale characterization of the engineering surfaces, a composite surface assessment approach is presented. In this approach, a zooming index term is established based on the fractal dimensions that are shown to be the intrinsic parameters of the surfaces. Based on the zooming index, composite wavelet models for the surfaces are established. The form errors, the waviness, and the roughness can then be obtained and assessed conveniently. The results of the composite assessment of the surfaces obtained from the simulation tests are demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.
