摘要
为改善高碱水泥对水泥、混凝土性能产生的诸多不利影响,研究了具有功能改善作用的高碱水泥专用助磨剂。进行了试验室和工业试验,对比掺加与不掺加高碱水泥专用助磨剂的高碱水泥的技术性能。结果表明,高碱水泥专用助磨剂可以有效降低高碱水泥最早期和早期水化速率;延长水泥凝结时间;降低1d强度,大幅度提高28d、90d强度;降低3d、7d水化热;降低稠化指数;改善水泥与减水剂相容性,特别是减小经时损失;降低开裂敏感性。混凝土试验结果表明,高碱水泥专用助磨剂可以提高混凝土坍落度,降低坍落度损失;降低混凝土开裂敏感性;提高混凝土28d强度。
The specific cement grinding aids for high alkali cement that could improve high alkali cement performance was studied. The laboratory test and industrial test were all carried out, and compared the performance of high alkali cements that adding specific cement grinding aids with the performance of blank sample. The results showed that the specific cement grinding aids for high alkali cement could effectively reduce earliest hydration rate and early hydration rate, retard cement setting time, decrease 1d strength, improve 28 d strength and 90 d strength, decrease hydration heat of 3 day and 7 day,decrease thickening index, improve compatibility of cement and water reducer, reduce mortar fluidity loss and decrease cracking sensitivity. The result of concrete test showed that the specific cement grinding aids for high alkali cement could improve concrete slump, reduce slump loss, decrease concrete cracking sensitivity, and improve 28 d strength of concrete.
