三乙醇胺的改性试验与水泥助磨应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文利用改性三乙醇胺、三乙醇胺进行对照试验,利用出磨物料的比表面积、粒度分布、强度等来表征改性三乙醇胺的助磨作用效果,并结合XRD分析与红外光谱分析阐述助磨剂助磨增强机理。试验发现,改性三乙醇胺有利于水泥的粉磨,可增加3~32μm水泥颗粒含量,促进水泥水化,水泥28d抗压强度可提高4.8MPa,改性后的助磨剂对水泥粉磨效果影响较为显著。 The reference test was carried out with triethanolamine and modified triethanolamine. The grinding effects of modified triethanolamine could be evaluated by specific surface area, particle size distribution and strength of materials out of mill. The grinding mechanism of modified triethanolamine was analyzed by XRD and infrared analysis. The results showed that the modified triethanolamine had a good impact on the cement grinding. The amount of particle size between 3 μm and32μm were increased and the 28 d compressive strength of cement products could be increased 4.8MPa.
