摘要
从上向弯曲切屑折断界限理论出发,推导出刀片二维槽形切屑流出圆半径及极限进给量的理论预报公式;根据横向卷曲短螺卷屑形成过程中切屑动力学及其折断判据理论,得出了极限背吃刀量的理论预报公式;并通过系统的试验研究,证明试验结果与理论预报结果比较符合。为刀片三维槽形的槽形设计及断屑预报系统建立打下理论基础。
From the theory of up-curl chip breaking limits, the predictive formula of chip's cross curling radius and that of critical feed-rate, all of which are about two-dimensional groove inserts, is got. Based on the theory of chip dynamics and it's breaking foundation in the formation process of side-curl short-spiral chip, the critical depth-of-cut is formulated. Through systemic experimental study, it is proved that the results of experiments match that of the theoretical predictive formula well. The base of groove designing and chip breaking system of three-dimensional inserts is also made.
