由成人高校成功改制成全日制普通高校后,随着时代的进步发展和学校发展的需要,在许多方面给我校图书馆带来了很大的发展机遇,同时又带来了竞争和挑战。本文着重从制度建设、队伍建设、机构重组、业务管理等四个方面对高校改制后的图书馆工作进行探讨。

After the adult college successfully transformed into a full- time normalcollege,it bringsgreat developmentopportunitiesto our school due to therequirement of the progress of the era and the development of the college,and it also brings competition and challenge at the same time. This article emphasizes on the system construction,team construction,institutional restructuring and business management,discusses the library work after the reform in colleges and universities.
