摘要
目的:本文旨在观察PNF牵伸对离心运动后DOMS的恢复效果。方法:16名健康男性大学生随机分为对照组和PNF组,同时完成3组十级蛙跳,每组3次十级蛙跳和组间30s鸭子步走,运动后PNF组在运动后即刻、24h、48h、72h、96h接受PNF牵伸。运动后测定两组在不同时刻肌肉酸痛程度和最大肌力。结果:与对照组相比,PNF组在运动后24h、48h、72h、96h肌肉酸痛程度明显降低(P<0.05),运动后96h PNF组最大肌力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PNF牵伸对减轻DOMS,促进肌肉力量恢复具有积极作用。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of PNF on Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness recovery after eccentric exercise; Methods: 16 healthy male college students were randomly divided into control group and PNF group,completing the 3 group ten level leapfrog,and each3 times ten level leapfrog with 30 s duck steps at intervals. PNF group received PNF stretching at once,and 24,48,72,96 hours later respectively after exercise. Ratings of perceived muscle soreness and maximum muscle strength were measured at different times after exercise. Results: compared to the control group,PNF group significantly reduced muscle soreness in 24,48,72,96 hours after exercise( P 〈0. 05),and maximum muscle strength of PNF group was obviously higher than the control group in 96 hs after exercise( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The results suggested that PNF stretching was effective in reducing muscle soreness and promoting recovery of muscle strength.
