摘要 高三学生学习繁重,学习压力较大,常发生情绪消极和不稳定、易受外界评价干扰而缺乏专注和投入、对考试和学习的意义持有不合理信念、成就体验不足、缺乏人际支持等心理问题。积极心理学中的PERMA理论为高三心理辅导注入了新的视角和分析框架,对于优化高三心理辅导具有重要意义。应用PERMA理论,高三心理辅导在策略上有必要培养积极情绪、关注当下、重塑学习和考试意义、增强成就体验和建立社会支持系统。 Senior high school third- year students often suffer a lot because of excessive homework and great pressure,which gives rise to such psychological issues as negative emotions and uncertainties,vulnerable to external evaluation interference,lack of concentration and devotion,irrational beliefs in studying and examinations,shortage of performance accomplishment and experiences,and deficiency of interpersonal supports. PERMA theory in positive psychology provides guidance to senior high school third- year students,and its new perspective and analytical framework are significant to optimize the students’ psychology in their final year of studies. By the PERMA theory,it is necessary for psychological guidance to adopt strategies,cultivate positive emotions,reshape students’ understanding of examination and the significance of learning,enhance achievement experiences and establish social support systems.
