摘要
在大学生群体中,利用空余时间进行兼职工作已然成为一种普遍的现象。与此同时,形形色色的兼职工作也给大学生的未来发展带来了不尽相同的影响。文章以问卷调研的数据为基础将在选择兼职工作时具有主观色彩的因素或难以完全定量的因素进行客观处理,以层次分析法为主要工具对各因素赋以不同的权重,通过实例分析对模型进行检验,使得该模型能在大学生进行兼职工作的决策时发挥积极的作用,具有一定的参考价值。
It is a common phenomenon for college students to spend their spare time doing part-time jobs. At the same time,a variety of part- time jobs can have different influence on college students future development. This paper,based on the data of the questionnaires,deals with the subjective factors or some factors that are difficult to completely quantify in objective ways when the students choose a part- time job,then assign to different weights to various factors by using analytic hierarchy process( ahp)as the main tool,testing the model through examples. This analysis shows that model can play a positive role in the college students’ decisions of the part- time job and has a certain reference value.
