盐酸小檗碱联合磷酸铝凝胶灌肠治疗小儿急性肠炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Berberine Combined with Aluminum Phosphate Gel Enema in Pediatric Acute Enteritis

目的:观察盐酸小檗碱联合磷酸铝凝胶灌肠治疗小儿急性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将150例急性肠炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各75例,两组均予抗生素、微生态制剂及补液等治疗,观察组加用盐酸小檗碱联合磷酸铝凝胶灌肠,比较两组总有效率及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为86.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.981,P<0.05);观察组腹泻缓解时间、退热时间、大便常规正常时间都明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸小檗碱联合磷酸铝凝胶灌肠治疗小儿急性肠炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of berberine combined with aluminum phosphate gel enema in the treatment of pediatric acute enteritis. Methods： One hundred and fifty children with acute enteritis were randomly divided into observation group（ 75 cases） and control group（ 75 cases）,two groups were given antibiotics,probiotics and fluid therapy,observation group added with berberine combined with aluminum phosphate gel enema. The total effective rate and improved of clinical symptoms in two group were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,86.67% in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（ P〈0.05）. The defervescence time,time of diarrhea relieving and stool routine recovered in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Berberine combined with aluminum phosphate gel enema in the treatment of pediatric acute enteritis has the obviously curative effect,it is worth promoting.
