摘要
通过引进刚塑性本构关系,建立了金属成形过程的数值流形方法的分析体系,并研究了金属成形过程模拟中的网格重分问题。作为实际应用,对齿轮毛坯模锻成形进行了数值模拟。数值算例结果表明,理论正确、方法有效,数值流形方法是一个非常有效的分析工具,完全可以对成形过程进行模拟。
By introducing rigid plastic constitution relationship, the numerical manifold method (NMM)analyzing system for simulating the metal forming process is put forward. The remeshing problem for simulating the metal forming process is also studied. As an example, the forging process of gear blank is numerically simulated. The numerical example shows that the theory is correct and the calculating method is effective. The NMM is quite suitable for simulating the metal forming process
