摘要
为消除或抑制干扰噪声等非线性因素对多轴液压振动试验系统的影响,研究了自适应逆控制算法及其在振动控制领域的应用,提出基于频域X-滤波LMS自适应逆控制的多轴液压振动试验系统功率谱复现控制算法,给出了功率谱复现控制流程,并选用了一套双台并激液压振动试验系统作为具体试验对象进行试验验证,结果表明:所设计的控制算法及策略对双台并激振动试验系统具有较好的实际控制效果,满足工程试验要求。
In order to eliminate or decrease the noise interference and some other nonlinear-factors acted on the hydraulic multi-axis vibration test system,this paper researched the theory and applications of the frequency-domain X-filtered LMS AIC( adaptive inverse control) algorithm. It proposed one power spectrum reproduction control algorithm and a control strategy based on the AIC algorithm. Then a dual stage hydraulic vibration and shock test system was chosen as a specific test object to test the algorithm and control strategy designed. Test results showed that the control strategy for dual stage and excited vibration test system had good practical control effects,and met engineering test requirements.
