摘要
针对某型装备安装的CCD图像传感器缺少专门检测设备对其常亮坏点进行检测的问题,设计了基于Arduino开发环境的CCD常亮坏点检测仪。检测仪以Arduino为控制核心,控制完成CCD输出信号调理和检测,计算出CCD常亮坏点位置和数量。通过可编程智能LCD开发人机交互界面,与Arduino建立串口通信,通过数据交互,完成对Arduino的控制和检测结果的显示。应用表明,检测仪能够快速、准确地对CCD常亮坏点进行检测。
To solve the problem of lacking a special test device for lighting dead pixel of CCD of a kind of equipment,the test device based on Arduino for testing lighting dead pixel of CCD is designed. Arduino is used as the control unit of the system. The control unit is mainly for conditioning and testing CCD's output signal,and calculates the number and location of the CCD's lighting and dead pixel. A friendly man-machine interactive interface is presented by the PS-LCD which can set up serial communication with Arduino. Through the Data interaction,the control of Arduino and display of the test results come true. Application results show that the test device can find the lighting dead pixel of CCD quickly and accurately.
