大型闭式恒流静压直驱转台的设计研究

摘要 通过对大型机床回转工作台驱动方式、承载方式、供油方式、角度检测方法等关键技术的分析,结合闭式恒流静压导轨(轴承)技术、电机直驱技术和磁栅测量技术,给出了一种大型闭式恒流静压直驱旋转工作台的结构设计方案。该转台可广泛应用于大型车床、加工中心等机床。 Through analyzing the key technologies of the large working turntable of machine tool: driving type,bearing way,oil providing way and the angle measure-ment method,a structured design of large closed constant flow hydrostatic directly driving turntable was presented,combined with a closed constant flow hydrostatic guideway( bearing) technology,motor directly driving technology and magnetic grid measurement technology. The turntable can be widely used in large vertical lathe machining and CNC machine tool.
