摘要
以植物油为主要原料,通过对植物油进行加氢异构降凝,将大分子烷烃转化为较小的分子来生产燃料油。植物油加氢改质试验结果表明:在生产3号喷气燃料时,只能切割终馏点比较低、馏程也相应比较窄的馏分;加氢异构降凝在降低柴油产品凝点的同时,会损失柴油产品的十六烷值,但加氢异构降凝后的柴油产品十六烷值仍能达到80以上;经过加氢异构降凝后,在生产部分喷气燃料调合组分的同时,柴油馏分凝点仍能达到+10℃左右,是优质的柴油调合组分。
The vegetable oil was treated by hydroisodewaxing process to convert large molecule hydrocarbons into small molecule hydrocarbons in fuel oil production. The results of the tests on hydroisodewaxing with vegetable oil as feedstock demonstrated that,when 3~# jet fuel was produced,only distillates of low FBP and narrow distillate could be cut. Hydroisodewaxing could help reduce diesel freezing point but would cause the loss of cetane number. However,the diesel cetane number was still over 80 after hydroisodewaxing. After hydroisodewaxing,part of jet fuel blending components could be produced and diesel freezing point was about+ 10 ℃,which was the good diesel blending components.
