摘要
LNG接收站所接收液化天然气中的轻烃含量影响其热值,轻烃中的乙烷是优质的化工原料,因此研究LNG中轻烃的回收有着长远的经济意义。结合国内某LNG接收站中轻烃回收装置的工程设计实例,根据装置的工艺流程及设备特点,论述了轻烃回收装置平面布置的设计要点:1平面布置既要满足石油化工装置布置规范又要满足LNG相关标准;2结合装置低温设备的特点确定合理布置方案;3管桥构架布置时统筹考虑管道阀组布置占地。为今后同类装置的平面布置提供了设计思路。
The content of light hydrocarbons in LNG affects the heat value of LNG,and the ethane in light hydrocarbon is the high quality feedstock for chemical production. Therefore,the study of recovering light hydrocarbons in LNG will have a great significance and bring long-term economic benefits. In a case study of a detail engineering design of light hydrocarbon recovery unit in LNG terminal as well as the characteristics of process flow and equipment,the main design points for the equipment layout and the plot plan of light hydrocarbon recovery unit are described such as:( 1) the specifications for equipment layout and the standards for LNG terminal design shall be followed;( 2) a suitable arrangement plan for cryogenic equipment should be determined;( 3) valve groups space should be taken into consideration when proceeding piperack and structure designs. All these will provide some ideas and recommendations for equipment layout of the similar light hydrocarbon recovery units.
