克劳斯法硫磺生产过程中酸度的影响因素及对策 被引量:2

摘要 针对克劳斯法硫磺装置运行后期硫磺产品酸度值持续升高的问题,分析了影响硫磺产品酸度的主要因素,如造粒加工量变化、液硫脱气设施使用效果、废热锅炉出口温度等。总结出了降低废热锅炉出口温度以控制硫磺酸度的措施,包括酸性水中加注破乳剂减少酸性水带烃、废热锅炉出口至一级硫冷器管线保温全部拆除、废热锅炉自产蒸汽降压、调节伴热线降低液硫温度以及生产包装过程中采取措施控制硫磺产品酸度值等,取得了显著效果。 On the basis of increasing acidity of sulfur in the later stage of operation of CLAUS sulfur recovery unit, the main factors affecting the acidity of sulfur product in CAUSE process are analyzed, such as the changes of prill capacity, the operation of degassing facilities of liquid sulfur and outlet temperature of waste heat boiler, etc. The measures of reducing the outlet temperature of waste heat boiler to control the acid- ity of sulfur such as addition of emulsion breaker into the sour water to minimize hydrocarbon canT-over in sour water, removal of all insulations on the pipelines from waste heat boiler to the lststage sulfur cooler and the re- duction of steam in waste heat boiler, etc. In addition, the heat tracing line is controlled to reduce the temper- ature of liquid sulfur as to control the acidity of sulfur product. Good results have been achieved.
