摘要
介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司10.0 Mt/a蒸馏装置加工哈萨克斯坦含硫原油情况。通过减压深拔标定和多次减压深拔试验,在获取相关数据的情况下,进行了适当减压深拔操作,为下游装置提供了优质原料,取得了显著的经济效益。对减少减压炉炉管结焦和减压塔洗涤段床层结焦进行了探索,取得了结焦控制经验,保证了装置长周期运行。
The operation of a 10.0 MM TPY atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in Dushanzi Refinery processing Kazakhstan Crude is introduced. The good feedstocks have been provided for the downstream process units. Through performance tests of deep-cut operation, obvious economic benefit has been achieved. In addition, the prevention of coking in vacuum furnace tubes and flushing section bed of the vacuum tower is studied, good experience has been obtained and long-term operation of the unit has been ensured.
