New language idea is forming along with the social,economic and cultural development.Its core is language resource,language ecology and language rights.Languages are political and economic resources as well as cultural and social resources,are the internal drive for the work concerning ethnic language and writing.Positive idea of language ecology goes for coordinate development of languages,and is useful for the construction of a harmonious bilingual,multilingual society.Further strengthening the idea of language rights puts forwards new requirements for the work concerning ethnic languages in the new era.New language idea is the ideological foundation for the protection of ethnic languages,and is the starting point and drive for the work concerning ethnic languages in the new era.
