Research progress of correlation between lung cancer and pulmonary fibrosis

摘要 肺纤维化是各种肺间质性疾病的最终结果,与肺癌关系密切,二者互为危险因素,同时二者在发病机制上有许多相似之处。因此,对于肺纤维化与肺癌相关性的研究,不仅可以明确肺纤维化的病因,还可以指导靶向药物的研究,进而提高患者的生存时间。 Pulmonary fibrosis is the final result of all sorts of interstitial lung diseases, which has close relationships with lung cancer. They often influence each other and have many similarities in the pathogenesis at the same time. Therefore, research of the relativity between pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer can not only clear the mechanism of pulmonary fibrosis, but also guide the research of targeted drugs in order to increase the survival time of patients.
