摘要
并非所有高校都适合精英教育模式。就业招工两难的局面,促使我们不得不思考分类教育问题。建立完整的现代职业教育体系,拿出一套现代职业教育体系标准和评估办法,在政策上给予倾斜,引导鼓励现有的普通高等院校整体或部分技能型专业向职业院校转型。调整师范院校专业,增设技能型师范专业。调整高中教育体系,形成学术型高考、技能型中考、综合高中三大类学校,适应高等教育改革。对于普通本科院校的专科生要高职化培养,专科生积极推行"2+1"培养模式,本科生推行"3+1"培养模式。
