摘要
后直两周720°旋下(直体后空翻两周转体720°下)在国际体操规则中属难度E组动作,是邹凯使用频率最高的制胜绝招。通过运动学研究方法,对世界冠军邹凯在2014年仁川亚运会中单杠决赛的后直两周720°旋下动作进行研究,得出该下法动作的运动学数据,揭示该动作的运动学规律和动作特点,为教练员及体操运动员的训练提供理论依据和技术参考。结果表明,邹凯很好的完成了直体后空翻两周转体720°下。
720°front round dismount belongs to group E dismount action in the rule of international gymnastics.It is one of the most frequently used dismounts through ZOU Kai.The purpose of this study was to reveals the kinematics rules and technical feature of 720° front round dismount in hhorizontal bar performed by ZOU Kai----the champion in the world through the sport biomechanics analysis in the horizontal bar final Incheon Asian games in 2014.This study also obtains the kinematics data of ZOU Kai＇s dismount.All of that are in order to provide references of technical training for coach and athletes.With the result indicating that ZOU Kai completed the 720°front round dismount.
