中国入境旅游区域差异的衡量及演变分析

Measurements and Evolutions of the Regional Disparities of Inbound Tourism in China

本文首先以入境旅游区域差异Theil系数的改进过程为例,从理论上探究人民币对美元汇率波动和各省区消费水平变化是否对入境旅游区域差异衡量方法的测算结果产生影响,随后采用改进的Theil系数,对1991年至2012年中国入境旅游三大地带内、三大地带间和省区的区域差异动态演变进行实证分析,同时比较了衡量方法改进前和改进后的测算结果。研究发现:当区域差异衡量方法的测算结果有量纲时,人民币对美元汇率波动和各省区消费水平变化都会对测算结果产生影响效应;当区域差异衡量方法的测算结果没有量纲时,只有各省区消费水平变化对测算结果产生影响。此外,本文运用改进的Theil系数对中国入境旅游七大区域内、七大区域间和省区的区域差异动态演变进行了探讨。

This study first took the improvement of the Thiel coefficient as an example to explore whether the fluctuations in the dollar exchange rate and the regional consumption can affect the regional disparities of inbound tourism measured by other methods, thus to improve the other methods which were used to measure the regional disparities of inbound tourism in China. Then this paper employed the improved Theil coefficient to analyze the dynamic evolutions and their interrelationships of the inter- provincial, the inter-regional and intra-regional disparities of inbound tourism for the three regions in China from 1991 to 2012, meanwhile, compared the results measured by the improved Theil coefficient with the results measured by the Theil coefficient with no improvement. The following results were found. （1） When the existences of the dimensions of the regional disparities of inbound tourism measured by some methods are factual, the fluctuations in the dollar exchange rate and the provincial consumption can affect on the regional disparities of inbound tourism measured by some methods. （2） When the dimensions of the regional disparities of inbound tourism measured by some methods do not exist, only the fluctuations in the provincial consumption can affect on the regional disparities of inbound tourism measured by some methods. Furthermore, this study used the improved Theil coefficient to explore the interrelationships between the dynamic evolutions of the inter-provincial, the inter-regional and intra-regional disparities of inbound tourism for the seven regions in China.
