摘要 对环保型促进剂DPT在白炭黑填充胎面胶中的应用进行试验,并与促进剂DPG对比。结果表明,与促进剂DPG胶料相比,促进剂DPT胶料抗硫化返原性能好,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率大,耐磨性能提高。促进剂DPT不释放胺类物质,是促进剂DPG的环保型升级产品。 The environmentally friendly accelerator DPT was tested in the silica-filled tread compound and compared with the accelerator DPG. Accelerator DPT was the upgraded version of accelerator DPG and did not release any amines. The experimental results showed that, compared with accelerator DPG filled compound, the anti-reversion property of the compound with accelerator DPT was better, tensile strength and elongation at break were higher, and wear resistance was better.
