青年优租公寓居住空间优化设计研究——以苏州市菁英公寓为例

A Study on Optimational Design of the Dwelling Space in the Youth Low-rent Apartment——Taking Suzhou Jingying Apartment as Exemple

为解决新进青年人才的住房问题,苏州市做出了建设优租房的决策,为优秀人才提供优质的住房服务和保障。文章以苏州市的青年优租公寓为研究对象,对其居住模式细致分类,并且深入调查在这里居住的青年人群的居住需求,分析目前优租公寓居住空间上存在的不足,对当前优租公寓居住空间设计提出建议和相应的优化设计策略。

To solve the youth living difficuhy,Suzhou government has made the decision to develop low-rent apartment .This paper takes the low-rent apartment for youth in Suzhou as the research object, makes a thorough investigation on the dwelling space and its related problems.At last, the paper puts forward suggestions and optimizational design strategy for the dwelling space in the youth low-rent apartment.
