连云港基桩工程倾斜事故及对策分析 被引量:4

摘要 连云港地区海相软土广泛分布,其较差的工程性质给桩基施工带来了极大的困难,桩基倾斜事故时有发生,从若干桩基工程着手分析,认为基桩倾斜事故的主要原因为土方开挖及桩顶堆载所致,在施工中应注意土方开挖对桩顶的扰动,同时控制坑边堆载及桩机荷载的影响。对已经发生倾斜事故的桩基可以采取土体加固、补桩、地梁连接等措施,另外通过计算发现,当桩体倾斜程度在一定范围内,桩基承载并未降低,即不影响桩基的继续使用。 Lianyungang marine soft soil are widely distributed, its poor engineering properties brought great difficulties to the pile foundation construction, inclined pile accidents occur from time to time. This paper analyzes the project from a number of pile engineering, the main reasons of pile inclination accident are earthwork excavation and pile top load.In the construction we should pay attention to the excavation disturbance to pile top, and the pit side impact load and pile machine load should be controlled.Appropriate measures as soil reinforcement,filling pile and beam connection should be taken for correcting tilt pile. On the other hand, through calculation, it is found that, when the pile inclination degree in a certain range, pile bearing capacity willbenot reduced, which does not affect the use of pile.
