燃气轮机组静止变频起动时转子初始位置检测 被引量:5

Initial Position Detection of Gas Turbine's Rotor when Starting by Static Frequency Converter

摘要 随着发电机机组向大容量方向发展,为避免机组起动过程中对电网和机组本身造成冲击,静止变频起动系统目前已开始应用于大型同步电机的变频起动领域。本文基于燃气轮机组静止变频起动系统,分析了电机转子在不安装位置传感器的情况下,如何通过电气检测方法计算转子初始位置。该方法操作简单且方便可靠,已经在动模实验平台上得到验证。 As the large-capacity generator develops, in order to avoid impact on the grid as well as the unit itself during startup, static frequency conversion system has been used in the field of frequency conversion start of large synchronous motor. Based on the static frequency conversion start system of gas turbine, this paper analyzed how to use electrical detection method to calculate the initial position of the rotor without installing the position sensor. The method is simple, convenient and reliable, which has passed validation on the dynamic simulation experiment platform.
