摘要 随着人们环境保护意识的加强和退耕还林退耕还草政策的实施,鸟类数量也在不断增加,造成输电线路涉鸟故障也不断增加。为了减少输电线路涉鸟故障,目前采取较多的是防鸟档板、大伞裙、防鸟刺、绝缘护套及智能驱鸟器等多种防鸟措施,在以往对这些防鸟措施的研究上,仅是通过了理论研究,对于现场安装方式及如何配合上研究较少,造成不少地方虽采取了综合防鸟措施,但还是有涉鸟故障发生的情况。本文通过分析不同防鸟措施失效的原因,得出在仅预防体形较大的鸟类时,可以仅采用防鸟刺,但防鸟刺遮蔽范围应当满足防鸟要求;在采用防鸟挡板时,防鸟挡板倾斜不能沿导线方向倾斜。若采取除防鸟刺外的其他防鸟措施,其他防鸟措施必须与防鸟刺相结合使用才能达到综合防鸟的效果。 With the implementation of strengthening people's awareness of environmental protection and return grass after returning farmland to forest policy, the number of birds has also increased, also causing transmission line failures involving birds is increasing. By analyzing the causes of different anti-bird measures fail, come in only when prevention larger body of birds, can only use anti-bird thorn bird thorn shelter but scope should meet the requirements of anti-bird; in the use of anti-bird baffle, bird baffles inclined not tilt direction along the wire. If taken in addition to other outside bird thorn bird measures, other anti-bird measures must be combined with anti-bird thorn bird use in order to achieve comprehensive results.
