一种实用的钢柱脚抗剪键设计方法 被引量:1

摘要 《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017—2003)虽然规定可以设置抗剪键抵抗钢柱脚底部的水平力,但并没有明确说明抗剪键的设计方法。深入研究了抗剪键的设计方法,首先根据抗剪键与混凝土接触面的平截面假定及混凝土的应力-应变关系,给出钢柱脚抗剪键的计算简图,然后对抗剪键的极限抗剪承载力进行分析,推导出抗剪键受力平衡方程,提出一种可用于一般抗剪键的实用分析模型,给出抗剪键埋入长度及其设计内力的确定方法和抗剪键截面的验算方法。通过理论分析和试验对比可以看出,采用本文理论分析方法可以较为准确地预测试验结果,并有一定的安全储备。 Although Code for design of steel structures( GB 50017—2003) suggests that shear key can be set to resist the horizontal shear force of steel column base plate,the design method for shear key is not clear. The design method for shear key was deeply studied. First,based on the plane section assumption between shear key and concrete contact surface as well as the concrete's stress-strain relationship,the simplified calculation diagram of shear key of steel column base was put forward. Then ultimate shear capacity of shear key was analyzed and the force balance equation of shear key was deduced.A practical analysis model for general shear key was proposed. The determination methods of the embedded length for shear key and its design internal force were proposed as well as the section calculation method of shear key. Through the theoretical analysis and test comparison,the suggested theoretical analysis method can accurately predict the test results,and there is a certain safety reserve.
