摘要
磷酸脲被欧盟(EU)法定为一类饲料添加剂,也是联合国粮农组织(FAO)推荐使用的反刍动物专用营养添加剂和磷的补充剂。产品的生产工艺中,结晶工序是及其重要的,它直接影响了产品的外观和装置的生产能力。针对瓮福集团生产的饲料级磷酸脲,在常压下,利用激光法测定了15~70℃下磷酸脲在水中的溶解度。并在模拟实际生产情况的条件下,测定了磷酸脲在水中的超溶解度。可以为磷酸脲的结晶分离过程提供数据支持。
Urea phosphate is prescribed by the E U as first class of feed additive.Food and agriculture organization (FAO) of the United Nations recommended urea phosphate as special nutritional supplements and phosphorus supplements for the animal of ruminant. In the production process, crystallization is very important, and it directly affects the appearance of the product and the production capacity of the device.Aiming at the feed-grade urea phosphate produced by Wengfu Group, the solubilities of feed-grade urea phosphate in water at 15 -70 ℃ were measured under atmospheric pressure by a laser monitoring technique.The supersolubility of urea phosphate in water was also measured under the condition of simulating actual production.It can provide data support for the crystallization and separation of urea phosphate.
