摘要 近十年来，真性红细胞增多症（polycythemia vera，PV）的诊治认识有了长足的进步。为给我国血液科医师提供规范化的临床实践指导，由中华医学会血液学分会白血病淋巴瘤学组牵头，广泛征求国内专家意见，结合我国现况，反复多次修改，从PV的诊断程序、实验室检查、诊断标准和治疗原则等方面最终达成本共识。
