摘要
采用纳米TiO_2光催化-超滤对模拟二级出水进行处理。分别考察了纳米TiO_2光催化剂的投加量、光催化反应时间、光催化过程曝气量、膜出水通量以及回流比对废水中污染物去除率的影响。结果表明:光催化反应最优处理工况,纳米TiO_2投加量250 mg/L、反应时间150 min、曝气量为1.0 L/min、膜出水通量为115 L/(m^2·h)、错流过滤的回流比200%;在此工况条件下,出水的UV254和TOC的去除率分别为96%和84%。
The technology of nano titanium dioxide( TiO_2) photocatalysis and ultrafiltration membranes are used in advanced wastewater treatment. In order to understand the effects of this treatment,the dosage of nanoTiO_2,photocatalytic reaction time,aeration rate,water flux,and reflux ratio were investigated. The results showed that the best treatment performance could be achieved when the dosage of nano-TiO_2 was 250 mg / L,reaction time was 150 min,aeration rate was 1. 0 L / min,membrane water flux was 115 L /( m^2·h),and reflux ratio was200%. In addition,the removal rates of UV254 and TOC in the final effluent were 96% and 84%,respectively.
