显微外科修复在创伤性小腿骨与软组织缺损的临床应用

The clinical application of microsurgical repair of the traumatic small leg bone and soft tissue defect

目的探究显微外科修复在创伤性小腿骨与软组织缺损的临床应用,提高创伤性小腿骨与软组织缺损的治疗效果。方法法本研究选取2008年1月~2011年1月于我院进行显微外科修复的创伤性小腿骨与软组织缺损的患者27例进行回顾性分析。结果本研究共行手术患者27例,术后有1例患者出现创伤后骨髓炎,且不愈合,放弃治疗。结论显微外科修复在创伤性小腿骨与软组织缺损的治疗中疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application of microsurgical repair of traumatic leg bone and soft tissue in the defect, improve the traumatic leg bone and soft tissue defects of the treatment effect. Methods this study selected 27 patients from 2008 January to 2011 January. Results A total of 27 patients underwent operation, postoperative osteomyelitis occurred in 1 patients after trauma, and healing, abandoning treatment. Conclusion the curative effect of microsurgical repair in the treatment of traumatic leg bone and soft tissue defects in the exact.
