糖尿病患者下肢动脉CDFI声像图探讨

目的应用CDFI（彩色多普勒超声）对糖尿病患者作下肢动脉探查,提早预防其心、脑并发症的发生。方法将经我院彩色多普勒超声检查双下肢动脉的病例320例分为两组,一组为患有2型糖尿病140例,年龄45岁~62岁,另一组180例都不患有糖尿病,年龄65岁~90岁,对比分析两组人群下肢动脉、彩色多普勒超声声像图特征。结果两组人群下肢动脉彩色多普勒超声声像图特征存在显著差异性。结论从糖尿病患者下肢动脉彩色多普勒超声声像图特征,可以提早预防其心、脑并发症的发生。
