缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗社区高血压合并糖尿病的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension and diabetes in community

目的对缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗社区高血压病伴随糖尿病患者的临床疗效进行分析研究。方法将120例患者根据随机数字法分为两组,观察组60例服用氨氯地平(5mg/d)基础上加服用缬沙坦(80mg/d);对照组60例仅服用缬沙坦(80mg/d),比较两组患者治疗4个月后的血压水平、血糖水平,并观察患者的相关不良症状。结果观察组患者血压控制总有效率为91.7%,对照组患者的总有效率68.3%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组患者收缩压与舒张压治疗后比治疗前均有显著降低(P<0.05),并且观察组患者治疗后收缩压与舒张压明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后空腹血糖、血肌酐水平均有所改善,但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的血糖与血肌酐差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。并且两组患者在服用前期均有少量的不良反应,患者未予以特殊处理,随着服用时间延长症状逐渐缓解,两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗社区高血压合并糖尿病患者可以有效控制患者血压临床疗效确切,不良反应小,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine amlodipine in the treatment of patients with hypertension and diabetes in the community. Methods 120 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number method, the observation group was treated with amlodipine（5mg/d） on the basis of valsartan（80mg/d） and the control group treated with valsartan（80mg/d） comparing with the two groups of patients with blood pressure levels, blood glucose level, and observed the adverse symptoms of patients 4 months after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 91.7% in the observation group and 68.3% in the control group, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（P0.05）, and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）. The levels of fasting blood glucose and serum creatinine were improved after treatment in the two groups, but the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）. And the two groups of patients in the early use of a small amount of adverse reactions, patients with no special treatment, with the time to extend the symptoms gradually ease, two groups of patients with adverse reactions were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of patients with hypertension and diabetes can effectively control the blood pressure in patients with clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, high security, and it is worthy of clinical use.
