Saving and utilization material resources is one of the important content of green industrial construction projects, and the rubber industry need to establish a evaluation system accord with the characteristics of green rubber industrial building. This paper proposed the goal,basic principles and approach of saving and utilization material resources for green rubber industrial buildings.
